These waffles were pretty easy, cut out 2 large squares of tan fabric then cut out 9 smaller squares of the same color (I wanted to leave a space between each square to look more like a waffle. I actually made a template on plain old printer paper drew it out by hand and cut it out then pinned it to the felt before cutting. If you are really into precision you can draw the squares with word or some other computer program, cut them out and then use that template for the waffles. Sew the small squares on each large waffle base before sewing the 2 large squares together, stuff lightly with fiberfill.
